Deposits
All Case Study instruments require full payment (100%) at the time of order. Custom orders require 25% deposit to begin work. Core models are not available with deposits.

Warranty
All Echopark® Guitars come with a limited lifetime warranty covering craftsmanship under normal use.

• Electronics, parts, and original hardware are also covered under a lifetime warranty, valid only for the original certificate holder.
• Any service, parts replacement, or repairs must be performed by an authorized technician or Echopark Guitars.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Note: All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded. Echopark® Guitars reserves the right to verify the validity of any warranty claim before authorizing repairs or replacements.

Cancellations
Deposits for Case Study instruments are nonrefundable once materials have been selected.
